A Few Hints to Catch Internet Fraud
Be aware that CMI would never ask for the following personal information via e-mail:
- Credit card numbers
- Debit card numbers
- Bank account numbers
- Driver's license numbers
- Passwords
- Social security information
Be alert to suspicious emails. If you believe that you have been a victim of phishing (a false email posing as a legitimate business to steal personal information), we highly recommend you immediately take the appropriate steps to ensure your security. Proceed with caution when purchasing open CMI products, such as Mastering Leadership DVDs and the Illusion collar, from eBay and similar sites. Verify the user’s feedback rating. Be aware that, if the seller has multiple open copies of the same DVD, they are probably selling counterfeit DVDs. Please report it to us ASAP!
Our official eBay seller is Eclectic Media and our official Amazon seller is classical_media. Also, JilMar on eBay and JilMar6 on Amazon are legitimate sellers of People Training for Dogs. Please note that Dog Whisperer Season One DVD boxsets and Cesar's books may be sold through other sellers. At this time, Cesar does not offer a downloadable version of his book on his website.

A common spelling error made by fraudulent sites is Cesar Millan’s name. Watch for those who spell his last name with one L (Milan, like the city in Italy) or add an extra A to his first name (as in Ceasar).
